Denne gangen har jeg kjøpt en hel and. Det blir spennende å se hva vi får ut av den. Jeg har sett på oppskrifter fra "Nigella" og "passion for baking" har bestemt at vi gjør en moderne og mer lettvint versjon av Peking and og koser oss med Troika kake fra himmelen!!

SANDWICHER SERVERT MED TE

Del det lyse brødet i skiver, smør på ønsket pålegg. Legg en brødskive over og kutt bort skorpene og kutt på langs slik at det blir 2 trekanter. Server med nytrukket te.
PEKING AND SOM DIGGER COCA COLA
Ingredients
1 duck
2 cans full fat Coca Cola
1 bottle light soy sauce
Method
Serves: 0
Place the duck in a pot where it will fit snugly. Pour over the Coca Cola and the soy sauce.
Cover with lid.
Set over a medium heat and boil and bubble for about one hour.
The duck will be glossy and be surrounded by an incredible dark thick sauce. Good with plain fluffy rice.
KINESISKE PANNEKAKER
Ingredients
450g plain flour
310ml boiling water
1 tsp vegetable oil
sesame oil
Method
Serves: 6 (5 each)
Stir the boiling water into the flour, add the oil and knead into a firm dough. Cover with a damp towel or cling film and set aside 30 mins. Knead dough 5 mins until smooth.
Divide and roll into three cylinders, cut each cylinder into 8-10. Roll each piece of dough into a ball and press into a flat disc with the palm of your hand.
Brush one disc with sesame oil and place another disc on top. Using a rolling pin, flatten each pair of discs into a 6 inch pancake. Heat an ungreased frying pan over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and place the pairs of pancakes, on at a time, into the pan.
Turn over when brown spots start to appear on the underside. When the second side is cooked, lift the pancakes out and carefully peel them apart.
Fold each pancake in half with the cooked side facing inwards, and set aside under a damp cloth. For 10 mins before serving, steam the pancakes in a steamer over simmering water.
Anden rives opp i passe kjøttbiter, ønsket mengde kjøtt legges i en pannekake med oppkuttet argurk,snittet vårløk og grønn salat. Serveres med Hoisin saus.
